A friendship forged in childhood has bloomed into one of the desert’s most exciting new young bands. With Kyra on vocals and bass, Vera on bass and keys, Nora on guitar, and Sonora on drums, they bring fresh energy to an inspired mix of songs—from Fiona Apple and Fleetwood Mac to Radiohead, and other unique discoveries. They’re also beginning to write original music, capturing the spirit of their friendship and the world they’re growing into. Their set lists weave through an eclectic landscape— and with every song they perform, they add their own youthful edge and desert magic.
Now beginning to write their own original music, The Girls are stepping boldly into their first performances. They have recently been on stage at Art Trap in Joshua Tree… They opened for the nations’ premier Heart Tribute band Dog N Butterfly as well as the Beatles tribute band The Walrus at Miracle Springs Resort & Spa…They played at the Anniversary gathering at Frontier…the La Quinta Fall Festival, and they are looking forward to their upcoming gig at the Joshua Tree Music Festival! They invite you to witness the start of their musical journey—raw talent, real friendship, and the spark of what’s to come.
